2. Then, you configure permissions. You can assign neighbors timed access, permitting them to enter and depart during a designated timeframe, or event-based entry. For example, if a delivery shows up, the system can unlock the door to let your neighbor bring it indoors once it verifies them.
3. When you’ve configured access, your Google Nest Doorbell uses familiar face detection to confirm your neighbor as they proceed toward the door.
4. Your ADT system will pause the alarm and release the door lock when the individual is confirmed as an authorized user.
5. You get real-time updates as your family member, friend, or neighbor enters and exits. The app also supplies a detailed log. 
6. Once the trusted neighbor exits, your smart door lock automatically secures to shield your home.
